WORKSHOP ON Mixed Integer Nonlinear Programming: Theory, algorithms and applications

22. Jan. 2015

The Second Seville Workshop on Mixed-integer nonlinear programming will be held at IMUS (http://www.imus.us.es )  in the University of Seville from March 30th till April 1st, 2015. MINLP is a powerful modeling paradigm that has been employed by engineers, economists, and operations researchers to model a wealth of decision-making applications that involve discrete decisions and nonlinearities.

The proposed workshop is oriented to gather 20 world leading specialists in the area to discuss and orient the research in the years to come.  It will last 3 days, the format will be presentations given by the invited speakers, one discussion session to promote brain-storming and interchange of ideas on specific subjects and a poster session to give the opportunity to regular attendants to present their results.

Registration must be done throughout the web site. Important dates are the following:

  • Registration: December 31, 2014
  • Notification of acceptance: January 16, 2015.
  • Registration fee payment: Before January 30, 2015.

The workshop web site with organizational details can be found at
