COST Workshop on Mixed Integer Nonlinear Programming

30 September - 2 October, Institute Henri Poincare (IHP), Paris (FR)
Mixed-Integer Nonlinear Programming (MINLP) is concerned with finding optimal solutions of optimization problems involving continuous and integer variables, as well as nonlinear terms in the objective function and constraints. The EU COST Action TD1207 "Mathematical Optimization in the Decision Support Systems for Efficient and Robust Energy Networks" sponsors the event, so the broad topic of energy networks is one that we plan to emphasize at the workshop.
