WG2 - WG4 Mathematical Methods and Software for Energy Optimization

February 29 and March 1, 2016, UCD O’Brien Centre for Science, University College Dublin, Belfield, Dublin 4.
The main purpose of this workshop will be to advance the state of the Wiki for which the foundation has been laid by WG1 already. Currently first draft texts are being collected for WG2 and WG4 (contributions are still welcome!).

In this workshop we will discuss and work on these WG2 & WG4 texts to bring them into a suitable and publishable Wiki-form and look forward to your participation.

Each day will be started by four key note speakers presenting their view on useful content of this wiki:


Monday (February 29):


09:00-09:30: Laureano Escudero, Univ. Rey Juan Carlos (WG2, Electricity)

09:30-10:00: Thomas Triboulet, EDF (WG4, Electricity)

11:30-12:30: general discussion on content organization for the Wiki, decide on focus for day one and day two, and on how to split into groups for day one
